Sudoku ("the app") is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. There is no account and no sign-up, and we operate no server for it. Your progress, your statistics, your saved puzzles and your settings are written only to your device — and therefore into your device backups. The one thing the app writes outside its own folder is today's daily status and your streak, into a container it shares with its home-screen widget, so the widget has something to show.
The app is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob (Google LLC): a banner, an interstitial between puzzles, and an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch in exchange for an extra hint. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no ad is requested until Google's certified consent platform reports that ad requests are permitted; the request mode follows the choices available in that consent flow. On iOS, personalised advertising additionally requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which the app shows after the consent form, never before it. You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where Google requires a persistent withdrawal entry point, the app also offers Sudoku Settings → Privacy choices, which reopens Google's form.
How Google uses this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and policies.google.com/privacy.
The app sells exactly one thing: a one-time, non-consumable purchase
(it.lovetere.sudoku.noads) that removes advertising. It is family-shareable,
and it is bought and restored entirely through Apple's App Store — Apple handles the
payment, we never see your payment details. Once you own it, no ad is shown, hints stop
asking you to watch a video first, and the advertising consent flow is not run at all.
Game Center is optional and switched off by default. If you turn it on, Apple's Game Center service processes your Game Center profile, the times and totals the app submits to its two leaderboards, and the achievement for each chapter you complete, under Apple's privacy policy.
The daily reminder is off by default. When you turn it on, the reminder is scheduled locally on your device by iOS; there is no push service and no device token, so nothing leaves your phone and we are not told whether you were reminded.
A challenge link describes only the puzzle — its size, its difficulty, its seed, and whether it opens in Zen mode. It carries nothing that identifies the sender, and opening one tells us nothing.
We (the developer) operate no servers for this app and receive no personal data from it. The app contains no analytics and no crash-reporting SDK; the only third-party code in it is Google's mobile ads library. We cannot identify you, and we do not sell data. Aggregated, anonymised ad-revenue and crash statistics are provided to us by Google and Apple respectively.
The app is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. The consent request is not tagged as being for users under the age of consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Where Google processes personal data for advertising, you may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights against the relevant controller. For data processed by Google, see Google's privacy policy. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — for Lovetere IT that is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or you can contact the authority in your own country.
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this address. Questions: info@lovetere.it.

È condivisibile in
